Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, we’ll email you with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Subscription Refills

For our subscription members, refills are shipped automatically on your selected schedule. You’ll receive a reminder before each shipment in case you need to skip, pause, or adjust your delivery.

  • Subscription orders ship FREE with Standard Shipping.

  • You can manage your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  2. Still missing? Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
