We hope you love your JetSet Botanicals skincare, but if something goes wrong during transit, we’ve got your back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products. We recommend patch testing new items before full use.
Returns
We only accept returns or offer refunds for products that arrive damaged during shipping. If your item shows up broken, leaking, or otherwise not in tip-top shape, please email us at hello@jetsetbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the damaged item and outer packaging
Refunds
Once we review and approve your claim, you will be notified. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method - your choice. No return shipment required. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@jetsetbotanicals.com.
Other Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, limited-edition items, and sample packs are final sale.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
